BIF401 Course Outline:
Undergraduate students will benefit from this course by better understanding the necessity for, history of, and basic principles of bioinformatics. We’ll talk about a number of methods, including pairwise and multiple sequence alignment, protein structure prediction, and online tools. Additionally, students will be able to comprehend the fundamental primary tenet of the cell, various algorithms, and biological databases. It will be discussed how bi-molecular networks are built, and Boolean state representations will be used for analysis.
