Free University of Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam)
In 1880, The Free University of Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) was established. The term Free alludes to freedom from the government and religion. There are 11 faculties at the university, ranging from philosophy to law and medicine. VU Fellowship Programme (VUFP)
Talented aspiring non-EU/EEA students have the rare chance to pursue a Master’s degree at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam under the VU Fellowship Programme (VUFP). VU Amsterdam has promised to provide about 1 million euros toward luring brilliant and highly motivated students.

Before submitting an application for the VUFP scholarship, you must already have received conditional admission to the Master’s program. You automatically apply for the HSP when you submit an application for the VUFP scholarship. No additional application is required. then send your VUFP application using your own VU dashboard.
*You automatically apply for the Holland Scholarship Programme (HSP) when you submit an application for the VUFP scholarship. No additional application is required. HSP is a donation to living expenses. For the entire length of your study period, it is either 5.000 EUR or 10.000 EUR.
Holland Scholarship Programme (HSP)
The Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science, as well as Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences, provide funding for the Holland Scholarship Program (HSP). Students applying to the first year of a Master’s degree in the Netherlands who are not citizens of the European Economic Area (EEA) are eligible for this award.

Orange Tulip Scholarship
Sponsorship for the Orange Tulip Scholarship program is provided by the VU Fellowship program. Now, outstanding students from Indonesia and India can apply for this competitive VUFP/OTS fellowship. Getting an OTS scholarship means paying no tuition.

Fulbright scholarship
Through the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, the Fulbright Center receives 20 to 25 students from the United States each year. Only applicants from the United States are eligible for the Fulbright fellowship. No grants for the Netherlands will be given to American students who are already living there.
The money will be distributed in 12 payments of €1,300 each. A maximum of €1,000 will be paid for international travel. Additionally, the about $250 cost of the residency permit will be reimbursed. Although they vary per program, tuition expenses are not waived.
Orange Knowledge Program
The Dutch government provides funding for the Orange Knowledge Program (OKP), a scholarship initiative. Giving professionals from the participating nations opportunities for training and education seeks to support sustainable development in those nations.
Candidates from the following countries are eligible to apply for the scholarships:
