The mission of Université Paris-Saclay International Masters Scholarship is to facilitate the admission of highly qualified international students, particularly those who want to pursue doctoral-level research on an academic project, and to increase access for international students to its Master’s programs offered by its faculties, component-institutions, and associated universities.

Scholarships will be given out for the academic year 2024–2025. These scholarships, which were established with funding from IDEX for the 3rd Program Investissements d’Avenir, are awarded to students who have been accepted into a Master’s program offered by Université Paris-Saclay and offered by one of the following institutions:
- AgroParisTech, CentraleSupelec,
- Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (ENS Paris-Saclay),
- INSTN-CEA, Institut d’Optique Graduate School (IOGS),
- Université d’Evry-Val-d’Essonne (UEVE),
- Université Paris-Saclay (UPSaclay),
- Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ).

Benefits of the Université Paris-Saclay International Masters Scholarship
Following are the benefits of the Université Paris-Saclay International Masters Scholarship:
- The annual scholarship awarded by Université Paris-Saclay is 10,000 euros. Université Paris-Saclay is responsible for paying it for the full academic year as well as for ten months in a row, from September to June.
- Depending on the candidate’s place of origin, a maximum of 1,000€ may also be given for travel and visa costs.
- The scholarship and travel expenses will only be awarded to the winners once they have arrived in France and registered in the program for which they were selected.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who fulfil the following criteria, can apply for the Université Université Paris-Saclay International Masters Scholarship:
- AgroParisTech, CentraleSupelec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, UEVE, UPSaclay, UVSQ, and students accepted into a master’s program offered by Paris-Saclay University. Only those students who meet one of the following requirements can apply from this group:
- Recently arrived international students who, at the time of selection, were no older than 30.
- International students who have lived in France for less than a year and who are enrolled in an internship or training program that does not grant certification.
- Foreign nationals enrolled in language programs who have lived in France for less than a year (type FFL).

The Internship:
- Laboratory internships are required to be completed in one of the research laboratories at Paris-Saclay University. Beyond this structure, there will be no chance for a deferment and the scholarship will be suspended for the duration of the internship.
- Companies require their interns to do their internships in France.

Programs / Fields
- All subjects of study are covered.
- With the exception of vocational training, all Master’s programs offered by Université Paris-Saclay that have accreditation are acceptable.
Université Paris-Saclay International Masters Scholarship Timeline
- The training manager’s deadline for selecting candidates is April 30, 2024.
- May 3, 2024, is when applications for the scholarship must be submitted after being chosen.
- May 07, 2024 is the deadline for receiving the recommendations from the two referees and ending the call.
- Results announcement: by the end of June 2024
Application Procedure
Scholarships are not automatically awarded to students when they are accepted into a master’s program. Applications for the Paris-Saclay University IDEX scholarship will only be accepted from students who have received an email invitation from the university.
