CS403 Course Outline
Students can learn the basics of designing and programming database systems in CS403. Students will learn about the relational model of database management systems (DBMSs), the ER (entity-relationship) approach to data modelling, and the usage of query languages like SQL.
They will also briefly touch on query processing and the function of transaction management in addition to covering relational algebra and the use of SQL in a programming environment.
